Welcome to College
by Jonathan Morrow
Christian Living
Do you have a teenager headed to college soon? Do you work in youth ministry? Are you headed to college yourself?
What will you do with your life? Full of new friends and new experiences, college can be both exciting and overwhelming. And as a Christian, you have serious issues to resolve for yourself and answer for your friends. Decisions you make now will shape your future. Are you ready to navigate college life?

Jonathan Morrow tackles the tough questions you’ll encounter, including:
  • How do you grow spiritually and follow Jesus on campus?
  • How do you manage your time to both study well and have fun?
  • What about peer pressure and alcohol? Dating and sex?
  • How do you deal with doubts and challenges to your faith?
  • With so many beliefs out there, how do you know Christianity is really true?
Each chapter of the second edition has been updated, and the author has included a new chapter on Christianity, homosexuality, and the Bible. Grounded in biblical truth and supported by his own extensive work with students, Morrow’s quick, easy-to-read chapters offer excellent advice for every new college student.

Book Review:  This book is full of helpful information that would be a terrific companion to send along with any college student. Written in a way that is easy to read and easy to understand. Broken into short chapters that could be read consecutively or by the chapters that pertain to your current need.   .

There is a lot of great biblical and cultural information that could benefit Christians, as well. A wonderful resource book to keep on one’s shelf.

Could be used as a graduation gift.

I would give this book 5 stars.

Blessings, Kasey
