A time of slow, quiet, rejuvenation for one’s body, mind, and soul.

Essential for the human body.

    • Merlinda, So true! It does seem business is the new norm, but rest is usually put on the back burner. However, rest is essential as air. Thanks for sharing a comment and stopping by. Blessings, Kasey

  1. Kasey, it has been a hard lesson for me to learn…to get enough rest. I’ve always been afraid I would miss something exciting!! 🙂 Plus ministers are so bad at taking care of ourselves! But God has shown me in the last couple of years that we cannot be effective at what we do without proper self-care. Thanks for encouraging us all to seek the rest we need. Appreciate you linking up to Testimony Tuesday this week!

    • Holly, Yes…it’s not an easy thing to remember to rest when so many things are vying for our attention. But I have learned rest is essential for us to be fully functional. May God bless you with many opportunities to fully rest. Blessings, Kasey
